God wanted to heal His people, but they refused to repent. Their hearts burned with rebellion and lust, like an overheated oven. They trusted in human powers instead of their Creator. Though they grew weak and gray, they didn’t realize it. They cried out for help but not to God. Like a deceptive bow, they aimed their lives in the wrong direction. True healing only comes when we humbly return to the Lord
