How to make Dragon Fruit Smoothie and Salad?
Previously, I posted about the benefits of super food, Dragon Fruit. And now I want to share how we can enjoy that super food, dragon fruits. For me, I like to eat this fruit. But some people include my husband does not like to eat dragon fruit.
In fact, I really want that my husband can enjoy this fruit, because he is strong guy but very soon to be tired. And every time he gets weak, he suffers from nose allergies. I guess, it is because his immune system is weak. So, I really want to help him to increase his immune system. And i believe that dragon fruits can be helpful for him.
Finally, I got a idea for let him take the fruit that is the dragon fruit smoothie...!!!!
And the yogurt salad is for me^^

How to make Dragon Fruit smoothie?
*Ingredient*
1 dragon fruit,
20ml of condensed milk,
120ml of milk,
ice.
Put the dragon fruit, condensed milk, milk, and ice into a blender and mix during 2 minutes.
How to make Dragon Fruit Yogurt Salad?
*Ingredient*
Half of red flesh dragon fruit,
Half of white flesh dragon fruit,
1 apple,
1 pear,
10 strawberries,
plain yogurt,
slice fruit, and put all the fruit together, and dressing the plain yogurt upon the fruits.
