Psalm 109:1-15 Help Me, O LORD My God To the chorimaster. A Palm of David.  1 Be not silent, O God of my praise!  2 For wicked and deceitful mouths are opened against me,  speaking against me with lying tongues.  3 They encircle me with words of hate, and attack me without cause.  4 In return of my love they accuse me, but I give myself to prayer.  5 So they reward me evil for good,  and hatred for my love. 6 Appoint a wicked man against him; let an accuser stand at his right hand.  7 When he is tried, let him come forth guilty; let his prayer be counted as sin! 8 May his days be few; may another take his office! 9 May his children be fatherless and his wife a widow! 10 May his children wander about and beg, seeking food far from the ruins they inhabit! 11 May creditor seize all that he has;  may strangers plunder the fruits of his toil! 12 Let there be none to extend kindness to him,  nor any to pity his fatherless children! 13 May his ...

  침묵하지 마소서 (시편 109:1-15) 대적의 무고한 비난 1 내가 찬양하는 하나님이여 잠잠하지 마옵소서 2 그들이 악한 입과 거짓된 입을 열어 나를 치며 속이는 혀로 내게 말하며 3 또 미워하는 말로 나를 두르고, 까닭없이 나를 공격하였음이니이다 4나는 사랑하나 그들은 도리어 나를 대적하니 나는 기도할 뿐이라 5 그들이 악으로 나의 선을 갚으며 미워함으로 나의 사랑을 갚았사오니,  저주의 기도 6 악인은 그를 다스리게 하시며 사탄이 그의 오른 쪽에서 서게 하소서 7 그가 심판을 받을 때에 죄인이 되어 나오게 하시며 그의 기도가 죄로 변하게 하시며 8 그의 연수를 짧게 하시며 그의 직분을 타인이 빼앗게 하시며 9 그의 자녀는 고아가 되고 그의 아내는 과부가 되며 10 그의 자녀들은 우리하며 구걸하고 황폐한 집을 떠나 빌어먹게 하소서 11 고리대금하는 자가 그의 소유를 다 빼앗게 하시며 그가 수고한 것을 낯선 사람이 탈취하게 하시며 12 그에게서 인애를 베풀 자가 없게 하시며 그의 고아에게 은혜를 베풀 자도 없게 하시며 13 그의 자손이 끊어지게 하시며 후대에 그들의 이름이 지워지게 하소서 14 여호와는 그의 조상들의 죄악을 기억하시며 그의 어머니의 죄를 지워 버리지 마시고 15그의 죄악을 항상 여호와 앞에서 있게 하사 그들의 기억을 땅에서 끊으소서  하나님은 어떤 분이십니까? 1-5절,  포악한 맹수가 삼키려고 달려드는 것 같이 대적들이 입을 벌려 혐오의 말을 퍼부으며 시인에게 싸움을 걸어옵니다. 시인의 선대를 악함으로, 사랑을 미움으로 갚습니다. 까닭없이 비방을 일삼는 경박한 자들과 비교할때, 주님의 침묵은 무겁고 그 뜻을 헤아리기 어렵습니다. 사면조가의 두려움 속에서도 시인은 하나님께 기도하기로 결단합니다. 하나님의 함구가 진실을 은폐하려는 비겁한 침묵, 거짓 평화를 제안하는 위장된 침묵과 다르다고 믿기 때문입니다. 인생의 절망을 만난 자들에게 침묵의 밤이 아침을 기다리는 희망인 것처럼, 주님의 침묵은 울림이 깊은 큰...
